The hotel was a great choice for our Istanbul stay. We loved the convenient location, as it was situated close to many tourist attractions, enabling us to walk to the Old City's major sights. the room was modern and clean with beautiful views and well-maintained bathroom. the staff was exceptional and always ready to assist with anything we needed. We enjoyed the nice buffet breakfast with many options to choose from and found the A/C to work well.
There was some noise from an above-ground train line that runs nearby.

It's a brilliant location - 4 min to hagua Sofia and Sultanahmed square, 15-20 min by walk (or 5 min by tran) to Eminonu port(from there u can go to Asian side of a city or Eropean side(Kabatash, Beshiktash),10min to Maramara embankment. The hotel is in a very quite small street- easy to find way back home. The owners(the family) are very friendly and helpful, ready to offer any type of help(oder a taxi, give some travel tips, even gave us during our stay akbili for public transport), very nice and helpful people. There is the Interenet in a room and on the 4 floor's terrace (that was important for us coz by husband had to work online durin our week stay in Istanbul) and aircondition in the room as well!
When we booked the hotle it says the room is 20 square meters instead it was hardly 12-15 meters. And because the room was too small aircondition works too hard (to windy).Very uncomfortable mattress, plZZZ change them! There is a train line by and it's very load, but wasn't a big problem for us.No turkish of filter coffee on a breakfast, only a nescafe, was a problem for me in a morning , but there are a lot of cafe around where we enjoyed cheap and tasty coffee with turkish sweets.

They were eager to help when asked. I liked the welcoming smile of the receptionist which looked genuine.
Didnt like the breakfast. Was too plain and monotonous.

This hotel had an unbeatable location! It was just a stone's throw away from so many tourist attractions. I loved being so close to the Blue Mosque and loads of great restaurants. The hotel facilities were clean and well-maintained, and the staff were extremely helpful whenever I needed assistance. Plus, the parking situation worked out perfectly for me.
Nothing to fault.

Room is clean, spacious and modern
The breakfast room is not that nice, it is a shame the hotel does not set up some tables to have breakfast outside in the courtyard

We recently had a romantic escape at this charming hotel located in the heart of the old town. the rooms were well-maintained and had a cozy, Ottoman-style decor which added to the ambiance of our stay. the breakfast provided was both homely and delicious, the perfect start to our day. the hotel's location allowed us to explore the nearby markets, restaurants and historical sites with ease.
Our room did not have a lift, which meant we had to climb narrow stairs, lugging our heavy bags along. This seemed like a minor inconvenience and was soon forgotten with the hospitable staff who offered us hot coffee and tea on a chilly night.

I liked the fact that it's so close to the main sight seeings of Istanbul, in the center of Sultanahmet old town, with many shops around it (mini markets, tourist shops, bakeries, bars, restaurants), walking distance to city tram and 50m from taxi piazza. I would also like to add the kindness of the hotel staff, the very affordable price I paid for staying there, free wifi and cleanliness of the rooms. There's nothing negative about my recent experience staying to this hotel, I will certainly have it as my top priority when I revisit Istanbul and I suggest it 101% to anyone that would like to have vacations in the city of Istanbul.

Close to tourist sites. Tried to help us, but lacked good English. Appreciated good tea/coffee served to our room. Extra large towels when we asked for them.
Leak in bathroom floor. Never emptied our one small waste basket. No explanations or menu for using tv. Bed was very hard and not comfortable. Would have been nice with more pillows. One argument at midnight echoed through the hotel from the lobby. No remote in the room for the air conditioner until we asked for one.

The room was big
Bed was not comfortable and we woke up with terrible backache in the morning, also breakfast was not good and the choice was very limited the train drives behind the hotel (a few meters from our room) and its very noisy, especially at night or in the morning, also we struggled to find the hotel

I had a great stay at this hotel. The location was perfect, just a short walk to the Blue Mosque and other attractions. The rooms were clean and comfortable, with a good view of the small mosque outside. The staff was friendly and helpful, and the breakfast was delicious with freshly made fried eggs and typical food.
No improvements needed, everything was satisfactory.

The breakfast did not have a huge choice but it was very tasty and the food was fresh every morning. There was always fresh bread, cheese, olives, tomatoes, fruit, cereal, tea and coffee. The room was a decent size for the price that we paid. The heating worked extremely well and the room was also very clean. Our room had a view of the Little Hagia Sofia.
The hotel is right by the train tracks so when a train passed it was very loud and the whole building shook! The only time I found this disturbing was in the morning but we were out sightseeing most the time so it wasn't really an issue. The hot water in our shower did not work properly - it would go from boiling hot then cold and remain cold the whole time. We tried to tell the staff but they did not believe us and did not offer to fix it or change our room.
